No pets allowed on the premises
No hooting at the gate
No tail gating or allowing pedestrians to enter while the gate is opened for your access
Do not leave keys to the complex in the mail boxes
The use of power tools and hammering is only allowed between 08:00 and 18:00 on weekdays, between 09:00 and 13:00 on Saturdays
No noise on Sundays and public holidays
Complete quietness at the complex is required after 22:00
Do not stop or park on reserved parking bays or in the basement unless the parking is assigned to your unit
Place your refuse in sealed bags in bins in the Bin Room. Dispose of large boxes and other items that are too big to fit into a bin at your own effort and cost – these may not be placed in the Bin Room. Do not leave any stuff on the floor.
Adhere to the allowed maximum occupancy number for your unit
No items or laundry may be hung over balconies, in windows or in the corridors. Make use of the washing lines in the laundry drying yard
No open fires allowed on balconies
Agency boards are only permitted on the pavement to the right of the entrance gate
